Ok, so my Stuff is all marked "In-House Shipping Available". Now What? You must understand that our in-house shipping is a Two-Step Procedure. First, you must pay for the item. You will usually have an email with an invoice attached, either sent by us, or by Liveauctioneers. If you cannot find your email invoice, please check your spam folder for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org - Also, be sure to mark us as "not spam", so you won't have to search your spam folder in the future for our invoices or communication.
Now, to pay the Invoice for the Item. If you made your auction purchase through liveauctioneers, you may pay through liveauctioneers by clicking the "pay" button. Paying in this way is quick and efficient, but will cost you a little more money. As an alternative, you may call us on the phone at 773-465-3300 to pay be Debit Card or Credit Card (3% Additional Buyer's Premium). Winning Bidders on other Platforms can Phone in their Payments to that number as Well.
The next step is...Nothing...! Hopefully, your shipping address which you used on the bidding platform is the correct one. If it isn't, you'll need to call us with the right one, immediately. We'll then pack up your item(s) and give you a call, letting you know how much it will be. This cost includes the actual shipping cost, plus any materials and the cost for our staff to pack it for you. We cannot send your package until you have paid for the shipping, so be sure to watch for our phone call. You may receive a text from us as an alternative. At that point, once the shipping is paid for, we'll send out the package, and send you a tracking number as well.
Please keep in mind that we have many, many packages to ship. So please be patient regarding packing and shipping turnaround. The people who pay the earliest are generally shipped out first. So call your payment in quickly, so we can get it shipped out quickly for you...!
