We are located one-half block north of Touhy Ave. at 7232 N. Western Ave., in Chicago, just south of Evanston. Western Avenue is a Street that runs North and South at 2400 West in Chicago.
If you are coming from the downtown area or the south, you can take Lake Shore Drive (Route 41) North until Lake Shore Drive becomes Sheridan Rd. Follow Sheridan Rd. North to Touhy Ave. (there will be a gas station on the corner). Make a left, heading west, onto Touhy Ave. Follow Touhy Ave. west until you reach Western Ave. (There will be a Baker's Square at the Corner). Make a right, going north on Western Ave., 1/2 block and we will be on your left-hand side at 7232 N. Western.
If you are coming from the North, you can take I-94 (the Edens expressway) South and Exit at Touhy Ave. East. Keep heading east on Touhy until you get to Western Ave. (at the corner of Western and Touhy there is a Baker's Square). Make a left, going north on Western Ave. 1/2 block. We will be on your left at 7232 N. Western Ave.
If you are coming from the west or northwest suburbs, you can take Touhy Ave. straight east. If you are further west than Des Plaines, you can take Higgins Rd. until it becomes Touhy, then follow Touhy straight east to Western Ave. (There is a Baker's Square at the corner). Make a left, heading north on Western Ave. 1/2 block to 7232 N. Western. We will be on your left-hand side on the west side of the street.

All items are sold as/is. You are responsible for what you buy, so make sure to inspect the items thoroughly beforehand.
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, as well as cash & check (which must be approved by our telecheck system)
A cash deposit of $100, or a signed, blank Credit Card Imprint is Required from you in order to bid. A check will not be accepted for deposit. This is to insure you are serious about what you are bidding on, and not clowning around. The deposit is refundable if you don't buy anything, or will apply to your purchase. If you buy less than $100 worth of merchandise and you left a cash deposit, you will get the remainder back that you did not spend.
There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in addition to the final bid price for all items for those attending the auction. For example, if you buy $100 worth of items, you will have to pay $115 when you check out.
In addition, 9 3/4% Sales Tax will be charged unless you have a dealer's resale number and fill out a short form. Established dealers will not need to fill out the form, as, we will have it on file.
Check out times are as follows: For Jewelry, After all Jewelry is sold. For all Other Items, 8:00 PM until close. Items may also be picked up Wednesday or Thursday after the auction from 9:30 to 5:45 PM, or later in the week if prior arrangements are made. Please pick up and pay for your merchandise promptly.
There is no smoking in the building, by order of the Chicago Fire Department.
Hot dogs, chips, candy, and pop are available at very reasonable prices in the office in case you get hungry.
